King of the Court Picks Today, Tuesday, November 4
Each week, we'll highlight some of Dimers' top-projected players, as well as some longshots as a sample of what users can find in the Dimers Pro NBA Projections Hub.
By showcasing a combination of top performances and some darkhorse candidates, bettors will find a mix of players to choose from.
Dimers' Highest-Projected PRA Totals
Giannis Antetokounmpo (Bucks) | Projected: 50.6 PRA
Back at the top of the standings is The Greek Freak, now a three-time winner of King of the Court dating back to last season.
A tie with Tyrese Maxey saw him split the pot last week and this week, he's projected with a big lead over the next closest players with 50.6 PRA.
Giannis went for 58 PRA in his previous meeting vs. Toronto this season.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Thunder) | Projected: 39.6 PRA
SGA made a run at King of the Court last week and is projected as a top contender again, though with a notable Rebounds and Assists disadvantage compared to Giannis and other players in his range.
Barring a surprise burst in REB or AST vs. a strong Clippers defense, SGA may have a big hill to climb to wear the crown on Tuesday.
Paolo Banchero (Magic) | Projected: 39.5 PRA
Our third-highest PRA total is Paolo Banchero of the Magic, who could be a bit of a sleeper play among the top targets.
While his assist numbers are slightly down, Banchero is putting up career rebounding numbers so far this season, averaging 9.3, nearly two full boards over his previous high of 7.5
Tonight, he'll face a Hawks team giving up the third-most rebounds per game - if Banchero can put up a big scoring night and grab some extra boards, he could fight for the crown if the winning total is around 50 PRA as he hasn't cleared 44 yet this season.
Dimers' Longshot Targets
Josh Giddey (Bulls) | Projected: 37.5
For our first pick outside the Top 3, we'll look at the Bulls' Josh Giddey, who's putting up career numbers across the board.
Regularly on the fringe of a triple double every night, Giddey recorded his first of the season in a loss to the Knicks on Sunday.
Tonight, he projects with a Top 5 PRA total at 37.5 from the Dimers model vs. a 76ers team that sits middle of the pack defensively across the board and allowed opponent PRA highs of 44, 48 and 50 so far.
Stephen Curry (Warriors) | Projected: 34.6 PRA
For our last target, we'll look at the three-point GOAT as Stephen Curry matches up with the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday night, who rank bottom 10 in opponent Points, Rebounds and Assists
Curry gets a projection of 34.6 PRA, 9th-highest by the Dimers model tonight.
Curry has flashed King of the Court upside this season, dropping 55 PRA vs. the Nuggets in overtime and the Suns have allowed some big games, including several 30-point performances and a 68 PRA outing to Lauri Markkanen.
Dimers' King of the Court picks for Tuesday, November 4.
