MLB home run parlay bet today, Thursday, July 2

Combining our hitter and pitcher projections with our MLB player prop tool and MLB trends can help isolate a handful of players from a full slate or even a single game, leading us to these players tonight.

With these three home run picks, you can play them as a +6285 longshot home run parlay or in a three-leg Round Robin, which would return a profit if only two of the three players hit.

1. Junior Caminero (Rays) to hit a home run (+230)

Game: Rays vs. Royals

Time: 7:41 PM ET

First up is the hottest HR hitter in baseball.

Junior Caminero began a six-game HR streak with a 3-HR night against the Royals one week ago, and will look to make it seven straight on Thursday.

Caminero leads all players in this game at 16.1%, well off his fair odds, which you simply won't get when a player is this hot at the dish.

He's smacked righties this year with 20 HR and a .944 OPS, while opposing starter Stephen Kolek has given up 8 HR in just over 50 IP this year, 4 of those to righthanders.

Kauffman is a tough stadium to hit home runs in, but it hasn't slowed Caminero so far and the weather should provide a boost to fly balls.

2. Riley Greene (Tigers) to hit a home run (+330)

Game: Tigers vs. Rangers

Time: 8:06 PM ET

We head to the dome in Texas as we back Riley Greene of the Tigers to go yard.

Greene hit 7 of his 11 HR this season in June and is the second-most likely player for the Tigers tonight at 12.5%. He posted the fifth-highest barrel rate among qualified hitters in June and has been great vs righthanders with 9 HR and an .850 OPS.

The Rangers will start RHP Nate Eovaldi who's posted a 1.38 HR/9 over his past seven starts, and just went consecutive starts without a HR for the first time this season. He's given up 10 HR to lefties, as much as he gave up all of last season to both sides combined.

3. Andy Pages (Dodgers) to hit a home run (+350)

Game: Dodgers vs. Padres

Time: 10:11 PM ET

We move to the late game for our final HR target, and our closest to an edge play of these three.

The big attraction in this matchup is opposing starter Randy Vasquez for the Padres, who's underlying metrics are very poor and has given up 13 HR in 80 IP this year.

Andy Pages is up to 16 HR for the Dodgers this year, though he just had his quietest month with 3. He's hit 12 of his home runs off righthanders and the wind is blowing out in Dodger Stadium for an even better environment than usual.

At 18% to hit a home run, Pages is our 5th-most likely Dodger to hit a home run in this game, so don't be surprised to see several players go yard off Vasquez tonight.

For a bigger payout at a higher risk, you can bet these home run props as a parlay at total odds of +6285 on FanDuel Sportsbook, returning $628.50 off a $10 bet.
