Dimers Pro Terms and Conditions

In accordance with Dimers.com's Terms of Service, Dimers Pro is a premium subscription (the "Service") that provides our users based in the United States with unlimited access to "Every Bet, Every Game, Every Day" via the Dimers website currently located at www.dimers.com (the "Site"), including our Prop Bets and Parlay Picker tools, exclusive content, betting trends, and suggested bets.

• Term: Subscriptions are available in weekly, monthly, or yearly packages (each, a "Term").

• Fees: Pricing is based on the fee schedule provided at www.dimers.com/subscription according to your selected package. Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase at the start of every new billing period for the Term through our third-party provider, Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon prior notice to you via your Dimers account or its associated email address. All payments are non-refundable. We may suspend part or all of your access to the Service for any late payments or due to failed attempts to charge your payment method.

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through the Site before the end of the next billing period. Dimers will not refund or credit any partially used billing periods. When you cancel a Dimers subscription, you will continue to have access to that subscription for the remainder of your applicable billing cycle, and the subscription will automatically end.

Dimers Pro accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, China UnionPay, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Additionally, where allowed, we accept Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna. The available payment options will be displayed during the subscription process.

To start using Dimers Pro, you'll need to register and subscribe. Visit the Dimers Pro subscription page and choose the plan that best suits your needs: weekly at $9.99, monthly at $24.99 (which saves you 40% compared to the weekly rate), or annually at $249.99 (giving you two months free). Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration and subscription process.

Dimers Pro operates a no-refund policy. Once a subscription is purchased, access will continue until the end of the paid period. For example, if you purchase an annual subscription on March 15, 2024, and decide to cancel a week later, your access will continue until March 14, 2025.

To change or cancel your Dimers Pro subscription, please go to 'My Account' and click the 'Manage' button. This will redirect you to Stripe, where you can manage your subscription details, including upgrading, downgrading, or canceling your plan.

By subscribing to Dimers Pro, users agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account, and they agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account or password.

Dimers Pro is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of using the service. Users should bet responsibly and within their means.

Dimers Pro reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
