DraftKings' fan-favorite King of the Court promotion is back for Tuesday, October 27, with a bonus bet pool of $1 Million up for grabs if you can pick tonight's PRA leader.

Victor Wembanyama ranks third in our overall PRA projections on Tuesday night.

The NBA betting season is a week old, and DraftKings’ King of the Court promotion is back for its second week, rewarding those who can make the most out of Dimers’ NBA Projections. Opening week came with a $5 million bonus bet jackpot. This week’s pool is $1 million on a four-game slate.

To compete, opt in to the DraftKings promo to claim your King of the Court token. If your player finishes the night as the NBA’s leader in Points + Rebounds + Assists (PRA), you get an even share of $1 million in Bonus Bets, split among all users who picked that player, even if your original prop doesn’t cash.

One thing to note for this week after last week's co-winners Anthony Edwards (who ranked 5th in Dimers' projections) and Ty Jerome returned over $800 each: set your expectations for the payout. The pool is a fifth of last week’s, and with only eight teams in action, more users will pile onto the same handful of stars. Expect bonus bet returns to come in lower than usual, especially for the favorites.

Last year's bonus bet returns ranged from $20 to as high as $2,542.

Five players returned over $1,000 in bonus bets, and all season long, only 7 players who won the promo were projected outside of our Top 10 highest PRA totals that night.

No one won more than Luka Dončić, who wore the crown six times.

This season, the upgraded Dimers NBA Projections Hub in the Dimers App gives you more than a projected PRA total.

You can see each player’s projection next to the consensus sportsbook line, how often he’s cleared tonight’s number lately, and how he’s performed against tonight’s opponent. That’s what you need to narrow down a King of the Court shortlist.

Our projections worked well for this promo last season.

59% of King of the Court winners came from inside our Top 5 PRA projections that night, and 79% came from our Top 5.

Each week, we’ll highlight some of Dimers’ top-projected players along with a couple of longshots, as a sample of what you’ll find in the Dimers NBA Projections Hub.

Dimers’ Highest-Projected PRA Totals

These are the three players who project for the highest total PRA tonight.

Notably, they're the only 3 players who project for 40 or more.

Luka Dončić (Lakers), 47.0 PRA

Game: Trail Blazers vs. Lakers

Luka tops the board again at 47.0 PRA, more than five clear of anyone else on the four-game slate.

He’s averaging 34.3 points, 7.3 rebounds and 8.0 assists for the 3-0 Lakers, including a 52-point, 10-assist, 8-rebound night in a comeback win at Utah.

Our 32.3 PTS and 3.6 3PM projections are the highest among our top-ranked players heading into this matchup with the Trail Blazers.

Portland is 2-0 and has one of the league’s best defensive ratings through the opening games, though much of that came from holding Phoenix to 83 points.

Luka missed all three meetings with the Blazers last season, so there’s no recent head-to-head sample, and this is the first Lakers season without LeBron James, so his role isn't identical.

On a small slate, he’ll be the most popular pick by a mile, so a Luka win will likely pay at the low end of the range if he wins.

Jayson Tatum (Celtics), 41.9 PRA

Game: Nets vs. Celtics

On projection alone, Tatum has the best setup on the board.

Brooklyn is winless and allowing 123.7 points per game, and opponents are shooting 50.6% from the field and 40.3% from three.

Boston has won 11 of its last 12 against the Nets and through three games, Tatum is averaging a team-high 24 points. Our 8.7 REB and 7.2 AST projections make him the most balanced producer in the top three, a key factor in tallying up enough PRA to wear the crown.

However, check his status before you lock him in. This is the second night of a back-to-back, and HC Joe Mazzulla wouldn’t commit to playing him after Monday’s 134-99 rout of Chicago. Tatum went for 23 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists in only 27 minutes in that game, but his sitting late was due to foul trouble and a blowout rather than injury.

A blowout risk in a lopsided matchup could also cap his minutes.

Victor Wembanyama (Spurs), 40.6 PRA

Game: Kings vs. Spurs

Wemby’s 11.1 REB projection is the highest among our top-ranked players, and we have his scoring at 26.2 points, a nice jump from the 20.0 points he’s averaged through San Antonio’s 1-2 start.

Allowing 120+ points in all three games, Sacramento ranks at the bottom of the league in defensive efficiency so far, and their frontcourt is thin. Keegan Murray (ankle) and Dylan Cardwell (calf) are both out.

Domantas Sabonis, who is averaging 17.3 rebounds, will fight Wemby for every board. His 3.4 AST projection is the lowest in our top three, so he’ll likely need the points and rebounds to carry him.

Dimers’ Longshot Targets

We like to highlight a few longshot targets that are likely to return a higher bonus bet if they win.

These two players stand out from our NBA Projections tonight and both are right in our "sweet spot" range of bigger returns from the Top 5-Top 10 last year.

Domantas Sabonis (Kings), 32.9 PRA

Game: Kings vs. Spurs

Sabonis is our best rebounding play on the board.

His 12.5 REB projection is the highest of any player on the slate and he’s playing well above that projection: through three games, averaging 18.7 points, 17.3 rebounds and 7.0 assists, which comes to 43 PRA a night.

That would have won the crown on plenty of nights last season.

The 0-3 Kings are leaning on him more than usual because their frontcourt is thin, and big men have found their stride against the Spurs so far.

domantis-sabonis-projections.jpg

He'll need the scoring upside as Victor Wembanyama is averaging 4.0 blocks, and the Spurs ranked third in defensive rating last season.

But, unlike the other big men featured here, his 5.0 AST mark keeps his floor steady even if his shot isn’t falling, and he's already got one triple-double this season.

If his early-season rebounding holds up with a productive shooting night, Sabonis should find himself right in the mix.

Karl-Anthony Towns (Knicks), 33.5 PRA

Game: Pistons vs. Knicks

Towns is another rebounding-driven longshot.

His 10.8 REB projection is third among the players we’ve highlighted, and he’s averaging 21.0 points and 12.0 rebounds for the winless Knicks.

The glass should open up tonight, with Detroit ruling out Jalen Duren (hamstring) and listing Ausar Thompson (ankle) as questionable, but the rest of the matchup is tough.

The 3-0 Pistons ranked second in defensive rating last season, and New York ranks 29th in offensive rating and last in scoring so far.

A low 3.8 AST projection keeps his ceiling down, but Towns has established a double-double floor of 31 PTS+REB in every game, and he’ll also be on far fewer tickets than a few of the names above.

Tips for Maximizing Your King of the Court Chances

Target triple-double machines. Players who fill every column of the box score have the highest PRA floors, and the Double Doubles and Triple Doubles markets give you a direct way to back them.

Compare the line to the projection. Our Projections Hub shows how far our projection sits above or below the consensus line. A big gap on an elite stat-stuffer points to a strong King of the Court candidate.

Check H2H trends and hit rates. Dimers' new NBA Projections are perfect for this strategy. Each player page has splits against tonight’s opponent, plus hit rates over the last 5, 10 and 20 games. Use them to tell whether a projection reflects a real trend or a one-off.

Focus on pace and matchups. Fast-paced games and weak defenses often inflate stat totals.

Mix it up with favorites and longshots. A $5 bet can go a long way, and surprises happen every night in the NBA.
