The Three Best Bets for the NHL and College Basketball on Sunday

Georgetown vs. Butler, 3:00PM ET

BET: Georgetown +5.5 (-110) with DraftKings

We head to the Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indiana for the first of our best bets for Sunday, where our model has identified Georgetown to cover as its highest edge of the day compared to the sportsbook lines, predicting the Hoyas to keep things close in a game where we predict a 71-67 win for Butler. It's been an extremely tough year for the 6-21 Georgetown, but bettors can be enthused by their ATS record this season, standing at 13-13.

Maple Leafs vs. Blackhawks, 6:00PM ET

BET:  Blackhawks +1.5 (+100) with DraftKings

The Blackhawks host the extremely strong Maple Leafs in Chicago this evening, but even despite the underdog billing of the home team, our NHL predictions model thinks things will be a little closer than what the sportsbooks do. We've identified a 3.5% edge on the 'books odds for the Blackhawks to cover to puck line.

Columbus Blue Jackets vs. Arizona Coyotes, 8:30PM ET

BET: Under 6.5 Total Goals (-115) with DraftKings

Blue Jackets' games haven't exactly been goal fests as of late, with just two of their last nine games ticking Over on the total. They meet the second-worst offense in the NHL based upon goals per game in the Arizona Coyotes, and we're expecting another low scoring affair. Our DimersBOT data gives the Under 6.5 market a whopping 56% chance of hitting.
