Phillies vs. Padres, 4:35PM ET
Philadelphia head into Game 2 as underdogs but after last night's defensive showcase, it's hard not to like their chances in another dogfight today. Starting Phillies pitcher Aaron Nola enters this game in phenomenal form having not given up a run to opposition hitters in his last 18 innings. Matching up against him for the Padres will be Blake Snell. The former Cy Young winner had a slow start to the year after injury, but he has been easing into killing form recently with.a 2.45 ERA over his last three starts. We saw a timid start to the NLCS in Game 1 with a 2-0 result and we are likely to see another low scoring encounter in today's follow up.
BET: Total runs UNDER 7 (-122). Want to tail this pick? Do it with DraftKings Sportsbook and get a nice bonus while doing so by clicking ➡️ here ⬅️.
Best MLB Prop Today
During Aaron Nola's hot streak, he's had no less than 6 strikeouts per game, and averages more than 7 Ks over his last 10 starts overall. We did see some preservation with the Phillies last night only keep Zack Wheeler out there for 83 pitches, but Nola is a different beast who regularly notches more than 100 pitches per game. If he's dealing this kind of heat for a long period of time, his strikeout line shouldn't be too much trouble.
BET: Aaron Nola 6+ Strikeouts (+106). Want to tail this pick? Do it with DraftKings Sportsbook and get a nice bonus while doing so by clicking ➡️ here ⬅️.
