NFL 2021: AFC East team-by-team predictions, best bets, odds and picks

The Buffalo Bills stormed the AFC East last season, with the partnership of Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs lighting up the league for a 13-3 record. But can they keep it up or will a Bill Belichick masterclass see the Patriots reclaim their throne in 2021? Check out our free NFL picks and predictions ahead of NFL Week 1, below!

The AFC East is as interesting as ever this season, with the above mentioned teams joined by a Miami Dolphins team hoping that Tua Tagovailoa can make a leap, and the New York Jets, well, just the Jets are just hoping.

Here are the NFL Futures bets we're throwing down for the AFC East ⏬

Buffalo Bills

NFL Week 1 Matchup: Steelers vs. Bills

Super Bowl 2021 Win Probability: 6.6%

Super Bowl 2021 Odds: +1200 (BetMGM)

The Bills took the AFC East by storm last season, going 13-3 in the regular season before recording their first (and second!) playoff wins since 1995.

A big reason for this was the connection between Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs, a combination that you would be silly to bet against for 2021!

Two futures markets that have taken our interest for the Bills this season are Diggs to record the most receiving yards (+1200) and Allen to record the most passing yards (+800), with their partnership only set to improve as they spend more time on the field together. They'll certainly be looking to combine for plenty of touchdowns from Week 1 of the NFL season and beyond!

Dimers' Suggested Bets:
Josh Allen: Most passing yards (+800)
Stefon Diggs: Most receiving yards (+1200)

Miami Dolphins

NFL Week 1 Matchup: Dolphins vs. Patriots

Super Bowl 2021 Win Probability: 2.6%

Super Bowl 2021 Odds: +3000 (BetMGM)

The Dolphins went an impressive 10-6 last season but with the Pats set to bounce back (read more below!), we've got the Miami team missing the playoffs this time around.

There's set to be a lot of pressure on second-year QB Tua Tagovailoa this season and if they start slow, it may not take long for the wheels to fall off this team with the Bills and Patriots keen to get a run on.

Dimers' Suggested Bet:
To miss the playoffs (-144)

New England Patriots

NFL Week 1 Matchup: Dolphins vs. Patriots

Super Bowl 2021 Win Probability: 2.3%

Super Bowl 2021 Odds: +3300 (DraftKings)

The Pats had a poor season when it came to their win-loss record (7-9) in 2020, but no one can doubt that the great Bill Belichick was planning for this season all along, with a bounce back year very much in the offing in 2021.

They got their man in the draft, taking Mac Jones at pick 15 who, along with a motivated Cam Newton, makes for an intimidating and diverse QB line.

With the Bills likely to top the division again you can imagine our surprise to read there are +195 odds on offer for the Patriots to finish in second place! That's way too good to ignore.

Dimers' Suggested Bet:
To finish second in the division (+195)

New York Jets

NFL Week 1 Matchup: Jets vs. Panthers

Super Bowl 2021 Win Probability: 0.8%

Super Bowl 2021 Odds: +12500 (BetMGM)

Ah, the Jets... A 2-14 season in 2020 saw them select Zach Wilson with the second overall pick in the draft and now their wins total line is set at 6 for 2021.

With three clearly superior teams in their division, we see the Jets really struggling to win many games this season, so taking the Under in a season win total bet, otherwise known as an Over Under bet, is looking like the smart play here.

Dimers' Suggested Bet:
UNDER 6 total wins (-105)
