Twins vs. Mariners, 4:10PM ET

It's been an even series so far between these two this week, splitting a pair of games over Monday and Tuesday, but the ballclub who is superior on paper should get the win this afternoon in the Twins. Minnesota will be buoyed by the presence of starting ace Sonny Gray (3-1, 2.41 ERA) who has been uber-reliable this season, never giving up more than 2 runs in any of his 7 starts on the mound.

Rays vs. Yankees, 7:05PM ET

Four of the five games these two teams have played against each other this year have gone under the total set by the 'books, including last night's 2-0 win by the Yankees. The only game that went over? A game that tonight's starting pitcher, Nester Cortes Jr, started. Cortes (5-2, 1.96 ERA) has been absolutely immense so far this year with with 7th-best ERA in the MLB. The reaction from the sportsbooks to set this total as low as they have is understandable, but they're not taking into consideration that the Yankees have the 3rd-ranked run offense with 5.04 runs per game. This line is just too small not to attack.

Brewers vs. Mets, 9:45PM ET

New York returned from their West Coast trip after a day off and immediately continued their winning ways last night, defeating the Brewers 4-0. The Mets have the second best win/loss record in baseball, only behind the Yankees and are facing a team that has only won one game in their last ten. There's nothing about this starting pitcher matchup (David Peterson (3-0, 3.00 ERA) for the Mets against Corbin Burnes (3-4, 2.48 ERA) for the Brewers) that suggests that New York should be plus money dogs here. We're going to take advantage of the 'books generosity.
