Giants vs. Phillies, 6:45PM ET

The Phillies bullpen failed yet again in last night's series opener against the Giants with an extra-inning loss to the men from San Francisco. Phils fans are getting impatient with their inconsistent team who are now 21-27 on the year, and we think the pain may continue into Tuesday. The Giants will edge the starting pitcher's duel with Jakob Junis (2-1, 2.76 ERA) taking his place on the hill, up against Ranger Suárez (4-3, 4.74 ERA). If SF have the advantage heading into the final few inning, they should hold on for a win.

Nationals vs. Mets, 7:10PM ET

The Mets continue to roll with their offense in full flight last night, piling on 13 runs against the luckless Nats. Francisco Lindor and Pete Alonso have been on a tear as of late and will be licking their lips facing off against leftie pitcher Patrick Corbin who has an 1-7 starting record to go along with a dismal 6.30 ERA. We'll take an all out New York domination.

Padres vs. Cardinals, 7:45PM ET

Blake Snell will be in for his third start of the year for San Diego, and after a lengthy absence to start the season due to injury, he's still finding his rhythm. Snell is 0-2 from his two starts thus far, giving up 3 runs in each of those games. That trend line will be a danger against this in-form Cards team who can pile on the runs in a hurry. We expect them to claim the win here, and look out for Paul Goldschmidt - he's registered a hit in 21 straight games now.
