The Rays got their week off to the worst possible start last night with a series opening loss to the Orioles. While we might expect to see a better Tampa Bay outfit tonight with Cy Young contender Shane McClanahan (10-3, 1.71 ERA) on the mound, the O's will be countering with one of their best aces this season in Spenser Watkins (3-1, 3.93 ERA). Neither team's offense is too good at scoring at the best of times, both ranking in the bottom 10 of the league for runs scored per game. This one has the makings of a low scoring contest.

Cardinals vs. Blue Jays, 7:07PM ET

The Blue Jays and Cardinals enjoyed a day off yesterday and we're expecting the well rested hitters to dine out tonight as the two meet in Toronto for the first game of their midweek series. Andre Pallante's (3-4, 3.34 ERA) numbers look good on the surface for the Cardinals, but he's had a tough month, giving up 15 runs over his last four starts for an ERA of 6.33. Combine that with the fact that Jose Berrios is out there for the Blue Jays - a pitcher who finds himself in high scoring games more often than almost any other starting pitcher in the league - and we've got ourselves a potential slugfest.

White Sox vs. Rockies, 8:40PM ET

Two bad defenses + two pretty good offenses + the Colorado altitude = RUNS. It's hard to see anything but the over hitting at Coors Field tonight with the resurgent White Sox looking to take their shot at German Marquez (6-7, 5.47 ERA). Both the Sox and the Rox have been piling on the runs as of late, averaging a combined 12 runs per game over their last 10. This one feels like a no-brainer.
