Two teams that look evenly matched on paper with similar season records, and two starting pitchers that have had around the same luck from the mound. This one promises to be an intriguing clash, but after San Diego’s 7-0 win against the A’s yesterday, we just can’t look past that form continuing today. Take the Padres to cover the run line.

Nationals @ Braves

These two continue their series with the third game today. Thus far the series has been split evenly with Atlanta having the most convincing of wins on Thursday, chalking up a 7-1 battering of the Nationals. Starting Braves pitcher Max Fried is a blistering 6-0 in starts this season with a measly ERA of 1.60, yet to give up a home run. This one is all about Atlanta today.

Rockies @ Dodgers
BEST 💵: Dodgers moneyline (-191*) are a 60% chance of winning

Los Angeles looks like the team to beat for World Series this year with an impressive 30-10 record. They come up against a Colorado team that are in the midst of yet another form slump, The Rockies have lost four out of their last five and our predictive analysis can’t see anything but the Dodgers heaping on the misery for Colorado.

Rangers @ Mariners

Two teams who are unlikely to make the postseason, but our model likes the Rangers to have some small success today. We’re expecting a really close one, but think Texas cover the run line here with very high probability of 60%

Diamondbacks @ Giants

Former Giants pitcher Madison Baumgarner faces his old team tonight, and he’ll need a much better performance than his season stats show if Arizona is to be any chance of taking a W. Our predictive model sees the Diamondback keeping this one extremely close and covering the run line.
