Alcantara (9-3, 1.73 ERA) has been immense on the mound for the Marlins this season, especially recently, not giving up a run in his last 2 starts. Not only is he economical, but he can easily go 8-9 innings per start. When you couple this with Miami's issues scoring runs, only averaging 2.53 runs per game over their last 10, and this has all the makings of a low scoring grind.

Reds vs. Cardinals, 8:15PM ET

The Reds are coming off one of their greatest triumphs of the season - a series win over the Yankees, while the Cardinals were comprehensively dispatched by the Dodgers over the past two nights. We're expecting Cincinnati to keep the good times rolling with a great opportunity for Hunter Greene (3-10, 5.70 ERA) to try and find some rhythm over the luckless Cardinals ace Andre Pallante (2-4, 3.18 ERA). Greene has been all over the place this year, turning in some good performances followed by some pretty awful ones, but this kid has talent and duelling against a pitcher who has given up 6 multiple run starts in a row gives him a chance to keep things close.

Pirates vs. Rockies, 8:40PM ET

The Rockies have had a fun week at home blasting off against the Padres with 28 runs scored over the past four games at Coors Field. That kind of hitting form can't be ignored.
