Growth Marketing Manager

The role of the Growth Marketing Manager is to own our end-to-end growth marketing strategy and approach to drive traffic growth across all paid and owned channels – including but not limited to direct, paid search, social media, email, SMS, CRM, referral, and display – to support user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

The role works across and supports all areas of the business to set growth goals to be achieved through the implementation of new and innovative processes. By utilizing data to provide a greater understanding of users, the role supports the business to increase market share, reduce customer acquisition costs, increase CLTV, and improve functionality.

SEO Manager

The SEO Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and managing Cipher's SEO strategy across its B2C brands and B2B partnerships.

This position is ideal for a skilled marketer – ideally with a deep knowledge of sports and sports betting – who wants to work in a high-performing environment. Experimentation and optimization, as well as making data-driven, strategic decisions to drive trust, engagement, retention, and revenue, are all skills that the ideal applicant will possess.

Copywriter - Sports Betting

The Copywriter is responsible for producing high-quality sports and betting content, which is optimized for conversion, for Cipher's B2C brands and B2B partners.

If you know how to write for SEO, and have a deep knowledge of sports and sports betting, you will play a key role in creating content that generates true value for sports bettors and commercial partners alike.

Full Stack Developer

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for the development of our B2C and B2B sports data products.

You will operate primarily in Python and Javascript to support both our data pipelines and underlying orchestration infrastructure that collects, transforms, stores and analyses sports data, as well as the interfaces and front-end logic of our B2C and B2B sports data products.

You will also support our team of data analysts and data scientists in the operation of predictive sports models, and help manage a combination of cloud services which underpin our front-end and back-end platforms.
