For today's CBB prop picks and parlay, we're utilizing two features: our expansive projections hub that spotlights players on the verge of major statistical outbursts, and our CBB player props page, where players are identified with value to go over or under their lines.
Four games are on tap Thursday, and we're narrowing our focus to one player in each game who stands out according to the Dimers model, each backed by our projections hub.
1. Fletcher Loyer over 14.5 points (+102)
Game: Purdue vs. Texas
Tip: 7:10 PM ET
In the first game of the night, our model projects a shootout among the top performers on each team, with four players projected between 16.2 and 17.9 points, all ranked within the Top 10 of the night.
Out of those players, two are projected to clear their points line by at least one full bucket, and Fletcher Loyer projects the highest of the pair at 17.3 points and a line set at 14.5 on FanDuel.
This bet comes with a 57.1% probability and a 7.6% edge at these odds for a top Dimers pick of the night.
Loyer has 14 and 24 points through two tournament games so far.

2. Pryce Sandfort 3+ threes (-158)
Game: Iowa vs. Nebraska
Tip: 7:40 PM ET
Moving to the second game of the night, we're looking at one of the highest probabilities on the entire board, with nearly a 70% probability for Nebraska Forward Pryce Sandfort to knock down at least 3 three-pointers vs. Iowa.
Sandfort projects well over his line of 2.5 with 3.9 threes, with an alternate line of 4+ supported by our model as well, giving us both an 8.5% edge at base odds and a plus-money play within reach.
Sandfort has knocked down 3 and 7 threes through his two tournament games so far and gets the highest three-point projection of the night as the only player we predict to go over 3.5.

3. Brayden Burries over 17.5 points (-106)
Game: Arizona vs. Arkansas
Tip: 9:45 PM ET
Now to the late slate.
In Arizona-Arkansas, our model projects the game's top stars to duel for the honors of top scorer on the night, with Razorbacks freshman Darius Acuff projected for 24.0 points and Wildcats star Brayden Burries projected for 19.3 points by the Dimers model.
While Acuff leads the whole slate, his line is at 24.5 suggesting he could fall on either side according to our model, but Burries is nearly 2 points over his line.
Burries is over his line in one game and under in the other so far in this tournament, but leading up to the opening round, dropped games of 24, 20, 31, 21 and 21 points in a 7-game stretch, showing his immense upside, including against teams that would play in this tournament.
4. Keaton Wagler over 14.5 points (-114)
Game: Illinois vs. Houston
Tip: 10:00 PM ET
In the final tip-off of the night, our model spies an edge on Illinois freshman Keaton Wagler, the highest scorer in this game according to our model.
The Dimers model loves Illinois, they're our darkhorse to win the tournament after all, so it makes sense to see favorable player props as well.
Wagler's 15.8 points is over his line of 14.5 on FanDuel, but it's also very important to note that hos line is as high a 16.5, a mark we wouldn't project him to clear - het gets a 48.0% probability to hit that line.
That's a significant discrepancy and one that signals a betting edge by our model.
Parlay these CBB props at +1103 odds
For those looking to capitalize on a bigger payout at a higher risk, consider parlaying these four CBB props on FanDuel, where you'll get +1103 odds, returning a payout of $120.33 off a $10 bet.
