Bets and predictions for Marlins @ Mets

Out of any pro sports team in the USA, no other team has gone through such turmoil as the Miami Marlins these past few weeks.

But you wouldn’t know it by looking at the MLB standings where the Coronavirus-hit Marlins are 7-1, even after adding 17 new players due to outbreak.

Miami will be looking to continue their against-all-odds hot start against the New York Mets who have only won one of their first six home matches.

Dimers' Suggested Plays

Lock: Under 9 (-121*)

Moneyline: Mets (-167*)

Run line: Marlins +1.5 (-136*)

Lock

The under has prevailed the last four times that the Mets have featured in a game where the line has been set between 9-11 or higher. The Mets have struggled to put up a score so far this season and our model thinks this is where the safe bet is.

Moneyline

The Marlins are enjoying an unbelievable run, winning 6 in a row on their way to the top of the league standings. But the thing about streaks is, they end. Our model predicts that the Marlins’ luck will run out today and that the Mets will get their second home win of the year.

Run line

Our model is tipping a low scoring game played on New York’s terms. We expect it to be decided by a single run, so if you can’t trust the Mets, Miami at the run line may be the bet for you.

Dimers' take-out

New York need to start winning to avoid the season from slipping away. Taking advantage of a virus-struck Miami team who have been the surprises of the year thus far is a great time start.
