Royals vs. Brewers

Before the Bucks go for the title, the city of Milwaukee will first play host to baseball on Tuesday night, with the Brewers looking like sure things against the struggling Royals. Kansas City have been way down on scoring in their past ten games, averaging just 3.76 runs per game compared with their season mark of 4.23.
This evening they come up against Eric Lauer on the mound, who has been dominant for the Brewers recently. Lauer has given up a total of just 5 runs over his last 23 pitched innings. Milwaukee will have to do most of the heavy lifting in this one if there are to be runs. We're taking the Under.
*UPDATE 3:49pm ET: The Brewers have announced a pitching change with Brett Anderson replacing Eric Lauer. Our data projections still have the Under as the best play of the game.

Are we walking into a Tiger trap? Detroit seem to be one of those teams that are tough to get a handle on from a betting perspective, but they look appealing tonight after beating up on the hopeless Rangers 14-0 on Monday. Texas are in one of the all-time worst slumps we've seen coming out of the all-star break. In the three games since resuming, they have conceded 34 runs, responding with only 2 of their own. Our projections says the pain continues.

Orioles vs. Rays

John Means will be controlling things for the O's on Tuesday, opening up a real opportunity to Baltimore to keep things close against Tampa in what we're expecting to be a tough game for the sluggers. The Rays have been finding the left-handers tough over their last ten games, averaging just 3.86 runs per game when facing a a lefty, compared with an obscene 7.88 runs when facing right-handers. Means is one of the toughest pitchers to face in the league and we anticipate some troubles early for the Rays. The run line looks good.
