It will be a curtain call tonight for rookie Reds pitcher Hunter Greene (4-13, 4.66 ERA) in what has been a sobering debut season for the ace. Greene has shown at times that he will be a force in the future, but ultimately he has too often been wayward and costly. Cincinnati have lost 8 of the last 10 games where Greene has started, including a game agains the Cubs on June 29. Chicago, while never in the hunt for postseason baseball, have been a frisky challenger throughout the year to say the least and are finishing the season strong with 7 straight wins. Blue Jays vs. Orioles, 7:05PM ET

Toronto are cruising into the postseason off the back off a weekend sweep against the Red Sox at home, with just one final series to overcome with the stuttering O's. Baltimore have been one of the surprises of the year, but they have been down on form to finish the year with just 4 wins in their last 10 games. The Orioles' pitchers have been leaky, giving up an average of 5 runs per game during that span. If that continues tonight, against one of the best run offenses in the league, they can expect to see yet another L added to the column. We're going with the better team with more momentum.

Diamondbacks vs. Brewers, 7:40PM ET

The Phillies have to win just one more game and they're into the final NL Wild Card spot. The only problem is that they have the Astros to finish off the season while the team they are fighting with, the Brewers, could pull off a miracle with a sweep of the DBacks at home. Milwaukee have been nothing short of disappointing over the past week, shooting themselves in the foot with losses to the Marlins, the Cardinals and Reds, but they're not out of this just yet. They'll have one of their very best aces in the hole with Brandon Woodruff (13-4, 3.05 ERA) getting the start in what is a do-or-die game.
