The MLB regular season draws to a close today, and with four teams fighting for the two remaining spots in the postseason, there are enough scenarios and permutations to make your head spin!

But when it gets down to it, all we really care about at Dimers is making that cash. It was a tough day for bettors yesterday, but we’ve dusted ourselves off to provide you with the grand slammin’ plays of a hectic final Sunday of regular season baseball.

Check out our top predictions from the MLB BetHub below πŸ‘‡

Marlins @ Yankees
RUN LINE: Marlins +1.5 (-120*) has a 54% probability

Both teams are assured of playoffs action and can’t do too much jockeying with today’s game.

On the mound for the Yankees will be Clarke Schmidt who will be making his first career start. Schmidt does have a promising future and is rated highly by the Yanks, but our predictive model sees Miami taking advantage of inexperience in this one. The Marlins with the added security of +1.5 runs looks like a good bet at some nice odds.

Orioles @ Blue Jays
OVER/UNDER: u10.5 runs (-110*) has a 53% probability

The Blue Jays currently hold the 8th seed in the American League and continue their series against a disappointing Baltimore team today.

It was slowing going between these two last night with the first run coming in the bottom of the 6th. Our DimersBOT thinks that trend continues again today and thinks the under is the safe pick – 10.5 runs is a high line set: make the most of it.‍

Rockies @ Diamondbacks
RUN LINE: Diamondbacks +1.5 (-172*) has a 63% probability

PARLAY ALERT!!

The Diamondbacks are heavily favored by bettors at the moneyline here, but we’re going for that security blanket of the run line. Starting Arizona pitcher Madison Baumgarner has had a year to forget, but so have the Colorado Rockies. Expect the Diamondbacks to cover this one with a high probability to finish the year off strong.‍

Mariners @ Athletics
MONEYLINE: Athletics H2H (-122*) has a 56% probability

The A’s will be heading to the postseason while the Mariners will be playing out time on Sunday.

The sportsbooks have this one relatively evenly matched on the moneyline odds, but the public sentiment is that Oakland are good to win today, and so does our predictive analysis. The odds of -122 for a team that have a far superior record is too good to pass up.
